In this area, search for the following information: Check if Device is formated as FAT, FAT32 or NTFS.There's a very small Chance that the Stick will get corrupted. Check if it's formated as FAT/FAT32, Windows XP doesn't let you format big drives (AFIAK over 40GB) as FAT32, you need to use FAT32Format or a Linux live CD/DVD or a GParted Live CD/DVD.Create a WBFS, NTFS or FAT32 partition on the device, and load a game that is known to work onto the device.Connect the device before turning your Wii on, to be safe.Play the game for at least one hour before reporting back.Įnable any relevant "Disk mode", "USB storage mode" etc.Many devices appear to work at first, but have crippling stability issues.
